The restaurant La Source immerses you in a seductive Meditarranean atmosphere. Our outstanding chef Michel, elaborates each season with a new and innovative menu with all the colours and the flavours of the South of France. His famous signature is the characteristic of his menu !
With its panoramic windows, the restaurant room offers you a view of the Aquatic Park and the waterfall of the new Balneotherapy pool. For a perfect summer evening, we suggest you to enjoy the terrace under a striking architecture of the pergola.
Our Chef also offers you, on booking, a “Gourmet Tasting Basket”, for a romantic aperitif, with a set of fine and refined dishes accompanied by a bottle of wine from the Domaine for 40€ for two people.

To satisfy our cosmopolitan customers, our Chef creates a wide and a varied menu using many locally sourced ingredients.
To accompany your meal, Arnaud, the Domain’s winemaker, offers you a wide choice of wines from the Gard – aop Sommières. This includes a variety of red, white and rosé wines, from the most convivial to the most subtle. The richness of this aromatic palette makes it a gastronomic partner of choice.
You may want to choose the Half-board formula which includes breakfast and dinner at the restaurant !
