The wine offer is divided into three ranges:

Héritage range – an excellent wine variety in very small quantities:

The vineyards are on plots of land selected and worked in the traditional way, preserving the environment and the originality of the terroir. This attention to growing conditions help to produce exceptional wines, aged in oak barrels. An invitation to taste, you will appreciate the family’s know-how that has been passed down through the generations, a Heritage!

• La Tourie : This excellent wine is produced using grapes harvested from the best plots in our vineyard. Located on the slopes of the Sommières terroir the vines benefit from optimum sunshine and a soil offering natural temperature regulation, this refined and gourmet red wine, aged in oak barrels, is produced in very limited quantities.
  Grape varieties: Syrah 80% – Grenache 20%.
• La Capitelle : This sweet and floral white wine is our latest newbrorn. It is elaborated and vinified in barrels on the lees for 9 months. It is ideal as an aperitif or will elegantly accompany either fish and white meats.
  Grape varieties : Roussanne 75% – Vermentino 25%.
• La Cartagène : A typical Languedoc aperitif. It is a wine liqueur that catches the eye with its golden and luminous reflections. Grape varieties : Viognier picked when 100% over-ripe.

• Garrigue de la Roque : This is a dainty but fleshy red wine, characterised by the maturity of the fruit and the depth of its aromas. It will evoke memories of Garrigue and spicy flavours. Harmonious, it goes deliciously with meats, pate and cheese. You can count on it! Grape varieties : Syrah 80% – Grenache 20%.
• Le Viognier : This 100% Viognier has seen the sun and really doesn’t leave you indifferent ! Expressive and generous, it reveals a greedy character. Charming as an aperitif this semi-dry white wine elegantly accompanies foie gras, sweet and savoury dishes, Roquefort and desserts. Grape varieties: Viognier 100%.
• La Source : This rosé wine, fruity to the brim yet ample and deep. A excellent accompaniment to your meal throughout the year. Its slightly peppery hints and wild berry aromas will seduce you. A very good aromatic balance. Grape varieties : Syrah 50% – Grenache 50%.

• Cazalet rouge : Light and harmonious, this red wine has smooth tannins and a very pleasant freshness. It is easy and well-balanced. Grape varieties : Syrah 40% – Grenache 20% – Carignan 20% – Cinsault 20%.
• Cazalet blanc : A dry, light and aromatic white wine with supple and delicately acidic notes, this wine is a sure value to accompany all your fish, shellfish and crustaceans. Grape varieties : Sauvignon blanc 90% – Vermantino 10%.
• Cazalet rosé : : Summer rosé and so refreshing! This wine is ideal for an aperitif-tapas, a barbecue, a buffet… or around the swimming pool. Listen, you can even hear the cicadas! Grape varieties: Cinsault 60% – Grenache 40%.
